The most vital aspect of any business is its people. We employ a dedicated Training and Competency manager who is responsible for each employee’s training and development.
Monthly reviews are held with senior management to ensure training and development programmes are completed. Personal development appraisals are carried out by each individual and everyone is given the opportunity to discuss their performance and personal training requests.
Our in house training manager carries out regular competency and licensing courses for all of our staff.
Our internal competency management procedure is based on a Certificate of Competence scheme and leads to our staff regularly being assessed and licensed to work on specific communication systems.
Our engineers have attended residential courses ranging from CISCO certified network engineers to fibre optic splicing and testing. |
